I am enjoying photographing the beautiful blossoms on these trees in a way that I've never before! Why? It's not only because of the Nikon camera I'm using, it's learning how to really use the camera with all its wonderful features! Although, I'll let you in on a little secret.....I haven't even begun to use the "magic" built into this camera. All you're seeing above is the camera in manual mode instead of automatic and in the case of these three photos, manually focusing on what I want to be in focus instead of allowing the camera to decide. It's that simple! I was also experimenting around with the exposure setting to see what would happen if I over exposed as well as under exposed my pictures.
